Abstract
Cor et Vasa published case reports issue in the last two years (issue 5/2014 and 5/2015) with the editorials explaining our effort to publish interesting cases prepared preferably by Czech authors that time for educational purposes. Describing history and position of case reports in current medical literature was also mentioned.
Since readers valued those issues very positively, and also case reports manuscripts are coming continuously, editorial Board decided to repeat publishing one issue devoted to case reports this year once more.
