Enabled insurance activities under the scope of the Brussels regulator

Abstract

In accordance with the amendment of the Insurance Act was raised a question on the extent of allowed insurance activities. The article focuses on the transposition of respective section of the Directive 2009/138/EC - Solvency II in comparison with other Member States of the EU.
