Abstrakt
The article describes the method of screening for RBD in general population. The authors used media advertisement and internet application to select subjects with high probability of RBD.
Those were contacted by phone and subsequently, subjects who were after this telephone call still suspect from RBD, were invited for hospitalization with nocturnal polysomnography to set the diagnosis of RBD according to international criteria. The diagnosis of RBD was confirmed in 63 subjects from 2155 respondents of internet questionnaire.
