Changes in regulation of information duties of issuers of securities admitted to trading on regulated market

Abstract

In this article, the author analyzes change in the regulation on information duties of issuer of securities admitted to trading on the regulated market. These changes were implemented to the Czech law by the Act No. 148/2016 Coll.

The article especially focuses on changes related to the content of annual reports, on deadlines for publication of reports, but it focuses adequately also on other relevant changes.
