Abstrakt
The main aim of this article is to determine what Bitcoin is, under the Czech law. Bitcoin is still relatively new phenomenon which deservers a deeper, legal evaluation.
The question regarding the definition of Bitcoin is not a new one, yet it is still hard to provide a decisive answer. In this text, we provide unprecedented approaches based on an assumption that Bitcoin might fall outside of the scope of things in legal sense.
