Abstrakt
The event was a panel of the 19th Forum 2000 conference organized in cooperation with DEMAS, the Association of Czech non-governmental organisations working to foster democratisation and to support civil society and human rights around the world, and the Representation of the European Commision in Prague. The participants were Ales Bialiatski, lawyer, human rights defender and former political prisoner from Belarus, Pavel Pšeja, political scientist from FSS MU, Czech Republic, Maryia Sadouskaya - Komlach, journalist and media analyst fromBelarus and Ivana Skálová, from Human Rights and Democracy Center of People in Need, Czech Republic.
The topic was education for democracy: why and how should young people taught about democarcy.
