Abstract
The subject of this paper is a legal interpretation. Its goal is to warn about problems of its abuse.
Author therefore defines the concept of legal interpretation and through some distinction is further defined some of its other attributes - an object of legal interpretation, its aim, methods, its subjects and its boundedness. On this ground author shows the problem of abuse of the legal interpretation and contradiction of this abuse with principles of democratic legal state.
