Conference "Business corporations and protection of the weaker party - tradition and new challenges" report

Abstract

The report deals with the scientific conference, which was held in June 2016 at the Faculty of Law, Charles University, and summarizes each speaker's contribution. The main topic of the conference was protection of the weaker party in the law of business corporations.

Within this topic, the authors debated many interesting issused, including e.g. the role of minority shareholders, transformations of business companies or increasing of the registered capital.
