Abstract
Antiretroviral therapy is the only effective treatment of HIV infection. Based on data demonstrating the beneficial effect of therapy in all HIV patients, the percentage of persons receiving treatment has increased in recent years.
HIV integrase inhibitors play an important role in modern therapy.
