Different strategies of teaching methodology of reading according to different levels and subjects

Abstract

Teaching of Korean language at universities outside Korea differs significantly from teaching on the spot in Korea in the goals, overall conditions and methodology. One of the characteristics of the overseach education is the relative importance of reading amongst various language competencies.

In this study the author proposes different teaching strategies of reading and reading comprehension according to learners level and subject. The focus is put on specific approaches in connection with tought subjects and the objective of lessons.
