Abstract
Article clearly and concisely summarizes the topic treatment of urinary tract in pregnancy. I appreciate in particular references to the pathophysiology of pregnancy and the pharmacokinetics of antibiotics.
I consider very important dosing recommendations antibiotics for therapeutic upper limit on the shorter time. This administration is in recent years considered the method of choice for induction sufficient efficiency and prevent an increase resistance and overgrowth of other pathogens
