Abstract
Venous thromboembolism (TEN) is one of the main complications of cancer occurring in 4-20% of cancer patients persons, the differences are usually given tumor type. It also represents the second most common cause of death in these patients.
It is known that the risk of VTE in cancer patients increased to seven, and if the episode that happens, not only reduces their quality of life, but it also shortens. This Communication aims to draw attention to the "supporting" nemanifestní TEN, which can occur during tumor staging process.
