Unstable platforms and suspension systems were formerly used exclusively in rehabilitation process. However, their use became regular part of sport preparation also in healthy sportsmen in recent times.
Number of sportsmen incorrectly assume that the use on unstable platform or suspesion system alone automatically ensures the effective activation of deep stabilisation system (DSS). Aim of our study was to compare the effectiveness of strength excercises in dynamic and static regime on unstable and stable platforms on activation quality of DSS.
