Abstract
A team of postgraduate students of the Department of Commercial Law organized the 5th PhD Scientific Conference, which took place on December 2, 2016 in the premises of Faculty of Law, from 9.30 am. Same as lat years the ambition of the organizers was to allow PhD students to present their research in the field of corporate law at the plenary. 12 participants presented their lectures.
Several dozen people from academia, practice and the public also attended the conference as guests.
