Abstract
The chapter of the university textbook on criminal procedure law deals with the Probation and Mediation Service as a subject of criminal proceedings. The chapter, which has been written by new authors compared to the previous edition, contains a brand new arrangement of the text on a role and functions of the Probation and Mediation Service in the juvenile matters and working with victims of crimes.
