This monograph is the result of a three-year grant project, GA CR 13-33780S: Analysis of Alternative Dispute Resolution in Labour Law Relations, in which the members of the research team, (also are the authors of this publication) investigated alternative methods of resolving legal disputes arising in industrial relations in a variety of perspectives, from conceptual definition and theoretical basis through historic experience to constitutional aspects of the issue and foreign experiences in the use of alternative methods for resolving disputes arising from industrial relations.
