Abstract
The Department of Commercial Law organized on Friday, 30th December 2016, the colloquium "Contract as a Regulatory Instrument in Business and Private International Law", which took place in the premises of Faculty of Law, Charles University. The colloquium was attended by participants of the University Special Research no. 260 246 who presented their contributions.
Some people attended the colloquium as a guests too.
