Transfer to Alternative Work in a View of the Latest Conceptual Labour Code Amendment

Abstract

The article deals with the concept of the transfer of an employee to alternative work. The first part of the article analyses the current regulation of the transfer to alternative work while the second part of the article focuses on the latest amendment to the Labour Code which should affect inter alia also this institute.
