Abstract
The report deals with the colloquium which was held on Friday, 21st October 2016, at the Faculty of Law, Charles University, and summarizes each speaker's contribution. The main topic of the colloquium was a contract and its use to regulate legal relations in business and private international law.
Within this topic, the authors debated many interesting issuses, including e.g. the remuneration of board members, comparison of contractual legal relations in the Czech Republic and Turkey or the latest legal news relating to codetermination.
