Abstract

Chapter pays attention to how "teachers of teachers" at the college realize and implement the relation between theory and practice in teaching their subjects directly on the faculty (in lectures, seminars, tutorials etc.). The text offers structured overview of different forms of solving this relationship.

The findings were revealed by questioning both directly academics and students of teacher training and pedagogy and by observation.
