2016

Abstract

The aim of the study: Draw attention to possibilities of LPSC surgical solutions of acute abdominal evens in pregnancy. Type of paper: Case study.

Own observation: We are presenting a case of a pregnant woman at 23 weeks who suffered an acute abdominal event of unknown etiology and its laparoscopic solution. Conclusion: Laparoscopy in the hands of an experienced surgeon appears as a very safe method in cases of lower abdominal pain of unclear origin also in pregnancy, depending on the size of the uterus, i.e. the stage of pregnancy.

In this case the cause was the torsion of the fallopian tube fibroma for which salpingectomy was carried out.
