Pulmonary tuberculosis in HIV positive infant - first case in the Czech Republic

Abstract

This case report presents a rare pulmonary tuberculosis in premature infant with congenital HIV infection, both transmitted from infant's mother. To the best of our knowledge this is the first such a combination of infections described in the Czech Republic in infants.
