Abstract
The aim of the monograph is to provide the reader with a tool for complex understanding of Czech health law as acategory containing norms from many fields of law, which are materially connected by their close relation to the area of healthcare. Thus, the publication covers a wide scale of objects of regulation and legal institutions of health law and their mutual relations.
