Abstract

This study aims to contribute to rational discussion about the future of the Czech Republic within the EU through context debate and through simulation of various impacts of alternative scenarios of the Czech Republic's participation in the different strategies. The study describes the different characteristics of our membership, as well as the benefits and liabilities arising therefrom.

For a better awareness of the importance Czech Republic's membership in the European Union and the importance of choosing appropriate strategies for the promotion of their interests, this study also provides a basic assessment of alternatives that would exist to full membership in the European Union.
