Precise morphology or radical surgery first? Cutting the Gordian knot by thoracic surgeon

Abstract

Pateint was examined for the intermittent uper limb paresthesia. The X- ray showed a large mass in the apex of the left lung.

Semi-invasive examination processe didn't lead to the final diagnose determination. Posterolateral thoracotomy was performed.
