In the Czech Republic, the use of cochlear implants (CI) can look back on a 20-year tradition. In this paper we are referring to a project which was carried out between 1996 and 2010.
The project examined the impact of integrated or segregated schooling with regards to the development of children with CI in its various aspects. One part of the research, that we would like to present here, analyzed the correlations within communicative competences of students with CI-Nucleus.
The studied sample consisted of 175 children with CI-Nucleus.
