Abstract
Forensic neuropsychology deals with the use of clinical neuropsychology at resolving legal issues that appear in a civil or criminal proceedings. In addressing some of lawsuits is needed expert opinion not only clinical psychology, but requires deeper knowledge especially in the nervous system and its functions.
And this might provide just a clinical neuropsychologist. Chapter informs about the basic requirements for the processing of such expert opinions.
It also gives the recommended diagnostic tools that are used in this area.
