Abstract
Treating open, bleeding dental pulp can cause stress, not only for start dentists, since direct pulp capping is in practice often seen as a performance considerably uncertain prognosis. The article on two case studies described clinical procedure step by step how to perform treatments using adhesive definitive reconstruction.
Successful maintaining vitality marrow this procedure depends on keeping indication, the ability of the operator to isolate the working field and stick to the basic principles of antisepsis and adhesion.
