Is it Useful to Settle the Unified Standard of Care for Directors in the EU?

Abstract

In all Member States directors are obliged to proceed with particular standard of care; in case of its violation, directors are affected by negative consequences. In spite of this, the intervention of the EU in this area could be needed.
