Abstract

Society for Metabolic Bone Diseases of the Czech Medical Association JEP Guidelines for the diagnostics and therapy of osteoporosis in men. The article comments the epidemiology of the disease in the Czech Republic, physiology as well as pathophysiology of osteoporosis in men.

Diagnostics including laboratory parameters of bone metabolism and therapy are specified.
