Recognition and resolution of transitions in educational paths of pupils with special educational needs

Abstrakt

The international study, conducted by the researchers of the University of New South Wales and of the Charles University of Prague 2014-2015, is directed at the experiences of educators with regard to the promotion of pupils in so-called transitions within the educational path of pupils with special educational needs. The chapter focuses on data from the Czech Republic.
