Abstract
The postmodern civilisation presents clinical sexology with new challenges in terms of ethics, legislation and human rights. Some contentious issues appear in the fields of sexual dysfunctions, sexual minorities and paraphilias, also in dgiagnostics an treatment of paraphiliac sexual offenders.
