Abstract
Pharmacovigilance importance with the advent of drugs having greater efficacy and side effects are dependent on their mechanism of action generally increases. The physician must therefore pay more attention to the possibility of developing adverse reactions, follow the instructions for the monitoring and early detection, which can in many cases be lifesaving.
The article mentions three new drugs that are now available for the treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS) and ways to detect side effects and how to evaluate the patient before treatment and how it monitored during therapy. Hand in hand with greater vigilance and awareness doctor goes patient and his cooperation during treatment
