Dufrenne and Merleau-Ponty. The diplopic ontology of art

Abstrakt

In this article I study the relation between Merleau-Ponty's ontology and Dufrenne's aesthetics. I also demonstrate that Dufrenne unveils the political dimension involved in every asethetical theory.
