Abstract
The training is often spoken among politicians, managers in the television. According to them, learning at school is not enough, and people must learn also in adulthood.
The world around is changing, work is changing, technology is increasing and amount of information is increasing rapidly. The article examines the practical realization of the idea of lifelong learning at the moment and the environment, in particular, it focuses on the changing role of certificates and a emphasis on skills, modern technologies and its application in education, specifically robotics.
