Abstrakt
Goal of this chapter was to find out, if there is conflict in legal sense, between the obligation of state to grant foreign diplomat immunity from criminal prosecution and civil liability on one hand and the obligation of the same state to secure rights of individuals in his jurisdiction on the other, including juridical protection of these rights, and to research if the international law offers a solution to this conflict.
