Abstract

Child.centered education became widely shared "cliché" of our time. First, some changes in the western society like the dominance of the"relational" family life, of the individualism in a network type of production etc. are mentionned.

Then, the positive contributions of this focus and the negative consequences shadowed by the "child interest first" are demonstrated.
