Abstract

Chemoterapy of gynecological malignant tumors comprises many undesirable effects, that can unfortunately influence the dosage and composition of the chemotherapy or eventually limit the chemotherapy itself. Prevention of minimalization of undesirable effects is the goal of the supporting oncological therapy.

Nausea and vomiting together with neurotoxicity and haematotoxicity of cytostatic therapy is the most common challenge of the onkogynecologist practice.
