Abstract
The text was written as a detailed review of the book on tautologies and contradictions in contemporary Czech. With theoretical anchoring of the problem in the international context, the book presents various approaches to these phenomena (logic, semantic, pragmatic) and the specific research on th Czech national Corpus.
