Abstract
The quality of the treatment of patients with diabetes in the Czech Republic improves, there is a permanent reduction in mortality (1). At the same time promote a new class of drugs, which have the advantage not only good efficacy, but particularly better tolerance, and possibly fewer side effects.
Czech Diabetes Society CLS JEP continuously adjusts Best Practices by aktálního development. At the beginning of 2016 they were published in a modified form, which reflects current knowledge.
