Abstrakt
Rubén Darío was a key figure in Spanish-American modernism and, as such, he also represented a key figure in this international movement, through which various literary and cultural traditions, diverse in terms of geographical and historical setting, could fuse. In the work of Rubén Darío, the best of what human spirit was able to produce until then is revived and renovated, which prepared inspirational ground to the richness of the 20th century literature in Spanish America as well as in other countries in the world.
