Abstract
The monograph is the first publication in Czech that brings nearer the specific type of health care, abroad usually referred to as person-centered care or patient-centered care, which is the care focused on the person. The monograph is divided into two parts.
The general part consists of five chapters. The second part of the monograph presents selected methodological problems that must be solved by researchers that want to study individualized care in any medical field or in nursing.
