Based on the authors' scientific research results and teaching experience, the goal of the paper is to analyse different views on the contribution of gender to the smart growth based on knowledge and creativity on the period of job preparation at university. Gender diversity is not sufficiently exploited in the context of knowledge and creativity.
There are gender differentiated limits in approach to social competencies and potential of human capital. In a global economy, intercultural market and management acting on the basis of creativity, information and knowledge - human capital is perhaps the only stable source of competitive advantage for the organization.
