Gender differences in approach to knowledge and creativity by university students

Based on the authors' scientific research results and teaching experience, the goal of the paper is to analyse different views on the contribution of gender to the smart growth based on knowledge and creativity on the period of job preparation at university. Gender diversity is not sufficiently exploited in the context of knowledge and creativity.

There are gender differentiated limits in approach to social competencies and potential of human capital. In a global economy, intercultural market and management acting on the basis of creativity, information and knowledge - human capital is perhaps the only stable source of competitive advantage for the organization.

People are the most valuable resource of any enterprise. Today it is not enough that the organization was equipped with quality technical resources and technologies.

The added value is created by the people - as bearers of human capital. We are watching to the differences between gender in the preparation for project management and knowledge management at universities.

Paper is looking for answer to three questions. Are gender differences in the approaches to the implementation of tasks related to the application of creativity and new approaches to solutions between gender different university students?What is different in these approaches? How they can be used in organization practice?Project education and teamwork are still more important aspects of working activities of graduates from humanitarian scope universities as well as technical ones.
