The roof as a plastic element in the architecture in Bohemia in early modern epoque

Abstrakt

Text concerns the roof as a part of architectural composition on sacral as well as prophane buildings in Bohemia 16th-118th century. Relationship between building and its roof is studied on rperesentative examples, with an accent on the dialog between medieval tradition and contemporary renaisance influencies from Italy.
