Investor protection and investor-to-state dispute settlements (ISDS) in the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP)
Abstract
An independent and objective analysis of possible impacts of inclusion (or non-inclusion) of an investment chapter into the TTIP, which would reflect a new European approach to investment protection and ISDS, on the Czech Republic and the Czech operators and investors who are active at/ or considering entry to/ the US market.
