Report onthe thematic Congress of the International Academy of Comparative Law "Enforceability and Effectivness of the Law", Uruguay, Montevideo, 16 to 18 November 2016

Abstract

The authors discuss in their contribution the Congress, which was held in Montevideo on the topic "Enforceability and Effectivness of the Law". The Congress was divided into three conference days and was organized in lectures, panel groups and also workshops.
