In this paper we evaluated the usefulness of computerized adaptive administration of the Physical self-description questionnaire (PSDQ) using simulation study. Our findings indicate that computerized adaptive testing using PSDQ represents a fruitful way of increasing the efficiency of a testing procedure (reducing respondent's burden, boredom).
Given the positive results of our simulation study, it would be useful to verify the potentials of the PSDQ adaptive administration in real terms.
