Abstract

Idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis (RPF) is a rare disease characterised by development of fibro-inflammatory mass in retroperitoneum. RPF is very rare among children and is considered a subtype of chronic periaortitis that might be associated with large-vessel vasculitis or other autoimmune disorders.
