Development of writing skills in Czech as a second language in the academic environment

Abstract

The paper presents the international project WRILAB2 - on-line reading and writing laboratory for Czech, German, Italian and Slovenian as L2 - especially the Czech part. We show the results of the questionnaire oriented on Student's opinions on writing in L1 and L2, that are confronted with the qualitative analysis of the essays written by the same respondents.

We also present an emerging on-line writing course.
